To qualify for the E-Pass, candidates must score at least 40 points.
The COMPASS Framework evaluates candidates through a two-phase assessment process, considering both individual and firm-related factors. Points are awarded based on the 4 Foundational Criteria in each of the two phases.

Lack of Recognized Qualifications: If your highest qualification is only an SPM certificate or lower, you may not meet the necessary educational requirements set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for work pass upgrades.
