Upgrading your work pass involves improving your qualifications. Strengthening your skill set and attaining a higher level of education will increase your earning potential and meet the work pass prerequisites as defined by MOM in Singapore.
Upgrading to an S-Pass or E-Pass paves the way for higher earning potential, as these passes require a higher salary than a standard work permit. In addition, workers who transition to these higher-tier passes may qualify to apply for Singapore Permanent Residency (PR), unlocking opportunities for long-term residency, enhanced career growth, and greater stability in the country.
